There is no investigation been that has shown that the air is harmful in cabins of airplanes, but for years, experts warn that could potentially cabin brain damage in that the air contains toxic substances. Even passengers who frequently fly, could suffer from it

The advisory group Mansveld includes representatives of airlines, flight personnel and research institutes such as TNO and RIVM. This group advises Mansveld about what position to take on this subject in Europe. Also, the Group evaluates whether additional international investigation is needed. That requires the Secretary to Parliament.
D66 is pleased Mansveld going to do something, but finds that the State still does not go far enough. “This is a problem for years. It is time for concrete action.”
