State Secretary of Health Martin van Rijn (PvdA) still paints an overly rosy picture of the number of invoices paid on time PGB. So say three statistics experts at Nieuwsuur

Van Rijn wrote on May 18 to the House that the problems with the payment of the personal budget were largely over. According to experts, however, he draws the wrong conclusions from a sample of the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). “The way it is now worded, I think even misleading,” says Marcel Das, Professor of Econometrics and data collection at the University of Tilburg.

Van Rijn Ministry calls the allegations “demonstrably false”.
