Energy companies, farmers and other operators of renewable energy definitely want to demolish 172 newly built mega windmills and replaced to collect additional subsidy. If they still get a permit for the new turbines, this year they claim more than 350 million green power subsidy.

“These turbines can, certainly ten to fifteen years but are replaced and re-signed since turning subsidized is much more lucrative. This has nothing to do with sustainability, but everything with pocket double subsidies, “says Rob Rietveld of NLVOW.
