Light offenses such as drug possession, theft and vandalism by the Public Prosecutor (OM) punished more severely than by the courts. Increasingly, the public prosecutor determines the sentence itself to common crime, where the guidelines used heavier than the right. Reported the newspaper.
“The punishment used by the OM, is actually referred to as sentencing in court. Higher, knowing that the judge often weakens.
