ROOSENDAAL – The Elms Mountain in Roosendaal Saturday night robbed a driver of a gritter by three young men. He was under threat of a knife forced to hand over his jacket.
The victim was Saturday night at work at the Elms Mountain. When he left his snowblower to open a pole in the bicycle bridge, three young men came to him last. One of them threatened the driver with a knife and demanded money.
Wallet stolen
The victim eventually gave his coat, which contained his wallet and cell phone. Two men had according to the driver a dark skin. One of them wore a dark shiny jacket with hood and fur collar.
The police have begun an investigation. Who witnessed the robbery or thinks to have seen the perpetrators are invited to call the police on telephone number 0900-8844. Anonymous can also, through 0800-7000
