At the Centre Safe Housing (CVW) in Appingedam have so far received ten reports of damage after the earthquake of Tuesday morning near the village of Wirdum. The quake had a magnitude of 2.7 on the Richter scale.


 

Groningen who have damage to their home as a result of the earthquakes, which have since Monday not pass to the NAM, but at the CVW. This center acts not only damages, but also will focus on preventive strengthening homes in Groningen earthquake area.


 

The creation of the CVW is an initiative of the Dialogue Table, a discussion group of actors and victims. In the center worked engineering and construction companies together to repair earthquake damage and earthquake-proofing of homes in the area.
