The prosecution did not conclude that the 25-year-old Talitha from Amsterdam committed suicide in 2013. That the OM North Holland wrote in a letter to the family of the young woman.

The OM has the family of the young woman apologized because previously a prosecutor concluded that it was suicide must have been. But according to the yet there is no evidence of suicide.

Lawyer Sebastien Diekstra called the investigation rather “a big mess.” Police and justice were at the outset of suicide. But now it appears to be no evidence for that. The woman’s body was run over by a train in 2013 in Heerhugowaard, while she lay motionless on the track already said Diekstra.

Suspect
It is unclear how she ended up there. There are no clues pointing to a possible suspect. According Diekstra there is partly because there are no traces have been secured by the police, still no clarity on the circumstances.

Lawyer Diekstra even filed a complaint against a police officer who had committed perjury on a note that Talitha would have been found showing train times and the route to the place where she was run over. The investigation into that declaration is ongoing, said the prosecution.
