Two people are Saturday eight wounded in a fire in a house in Amsterdam. A man had to be taken seriously wounded to the hospital. A woman was slightly injured.
The fire broke out around half past five in an apartment on the Zaaiersweg. How the fire started and what place is not yet clear. The woman was standing on the balcony when the fire brigade arrived. She is lowered and had to go to the hospital because they had inhaled smoke. The man suffered severe burns, according to a spokesman for the fire department. The fire was under control within half an hour.
