Approach to crime within motorcycle clubs
The government has special attention to certain motorcycle clubs and their members because of various incidents and criminal activities in the country. The approach of motorcycle clubs is a high priority for the police and its partners (Public Prosecutor, municipalities, etc.). Outlawbikers are regularly involved in criminal and/or subversive activities. Think of harassment, extortion, violence, weapons and drugs.

Outlawbikers
most members of motorcycle clubs are normally integrated in the society. A few, mostly members of the so-called outlaw motorcycle clubs, are not, however, to the law and reject the rules that apply in the Netherlands to accept. This so-called 'outlawbikers' exhibit socially unacceptable and criminal behaviour. Research shows that this outlawbikers by their group behaviour as intimidating to work that their victims often do not report out of fear for the consequences. The police works together with the Public Ministry and the municipalities to address this group. That approach of the outlawbikers is a high priority for the police and its partners (including other Public Ministry and municipalities).
