There will be a review by the Supreme Court to the double murder in Sittard in 2003 Olaf H. above is a life sentence, which has been established by the testimony of a then 9-year-old granddaughter. This statement is now being questioned by various media.
On July 12, 2003 really Weak Halen is murdered in their own business. During the shooting is also their 9-year-old granddaughter shot in the head. The girl she survived the shooting and after a year made a statement that the court back then was considered ‘authentic’.
The testimony of the granddaughter is questioned by two neuropsychologists. According to them, the damage to the brains of the girl so great that they can not remember the incident. Olaf H. has always denied the couple to have been killed.
