Several motorists, cyclists and hikers in the last hour were blocked with the message “Back there is perhaps a building to collapse.”
However, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. Police late DUIC know that a passer-by mistook the design architect for an unstable building that could collapse at any moment and then turned on the police.
