The missing tbs patient Rooyse Exchange in Oostrum was in Venray there because he was convicted of attempted murder and embezzlement. It is a 44 year old man. Police last night his name and photos shown in Detection Verzocht.
The man came on July 31, does not return an unescorted leave and has since vanished. The police are “urgently seeking” to the man.
Rooyse Exchange recently hit the headlines for alleged abuses in the clinic. The Ministry of Security and Justice is doing currently investigating.
