Two of the four suspects who have been on hunger strike since Sunday in the penitentiary in Vught stopped their action. In any case one goes even further, says his lawyer today.

The four sitting on the terrorists department. They do not agree with the strict regime under which they are attached. So they are kept separate from each other and are inspected when they had a visit.

The two who eat find the benefits that the management has again done enough. As inmates are now allowed to recreate together and they may also do the Friday prayer together. A third of the recruiting for jihad suspect Azzedine C. (alias Abou Moussa) in The Hague, all that does not suffice, says his lawyer André Seebregts.

Heavy regimen
An important drawback of the four was that it was very tough regime of terrorists section applies automatically to every detainee who is suspected of a terrorist offense. There is not a person to see whether that is necessary.

Abou Moussa would now be put on an even tougher regime than the ‘normal’ terrorist department. Reason is that it would create a risk management, says Seebregts. The suspect remains at his demands. Which include that each individual is checked whether the regime is necessary that it stops unnecessary visitation and they can talk more often than 1 time per month with a psychologist.

From the fourth hunger striker is not clear whether he continues his action.
