The Dutch Somali last week staged a suicide attack on a hotel in Mogadishu, was previously involved in attacks. From articles Somali media that Ismail Muse Ahmed Guled already wanted to commit an attack on a hotel in the city.
He was the one who was behind the attack in Djibouti, where in 2014 six Dutch soldiers were injured.
Saturday reported the French news agency AFP that Guled along with a woman, Lula Ahmed Dahir, who committed the attack Friday at least 25 people dead.
Both had a Dutch passport. Guled would have lived in Tilburg. Guled would previously have supported a terrorist who wanted to commit a suicide attack with a laptop full of explosives in a hotel. The attack failed. The attack on a restaurant in Djibouti succeeded.
