Main suspect Ivy Case gets seven years – Omroep Brabant

  THE HAGUE – Prime suspect Jan van Vlijmen in major real estate fraud Ivy has been appealed seven years in prison. Ivy Case about real estate fraud Bouwfonds and the Philips Pension Fund.
 

The seven-year prison was also the requirement of the Public Ministry and is substantially higher than the four years Van Vlijmen received in 2010 from the court.

Criminal organization
According to the Prosecution Jan van Vlijmen was the linchpin in a criminal organization that has been robbed in organized tens of millions of euros. Vlijmen was as director of commercial real estate branch of the Fund in a strategic position. He made the fraud according to the public abuse of that position and flexed others for his cart
