The owner of the horse, the perpetrator when he saw possible in the afternoon arrived at the meadow at the JF Kellyweg. At that moment, a man on a bicycle looking at the horses. When he sees the owner, he cycles away.

This is a man between 40 and 45 years, who wore a yellow short-sleeved shirt and had a crate on his bike.

The past two years have been mistreated dozens of horses in the Netherlands. The reports came from Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Gelderland, Utrecht, Noord-Brabant, Flevoland, Limburg and Noord-Holland. Earlier this month it happened again in Dronten (Flevoland). To our knowledge, all animals survived the injuries, after a pregnant mare in the Drenthe Odoorn. Police have formed a national coordination team, but so far there is no animal abuser arrested
