Minister Bert Koenders (Foreign Affairs) has four Dutch jihadists put on the national terror list. Their bank accounts are frozen and therefore it is forbidden to make available their financial resources. It is not known who the four are

Koenders that decision together with the Ministry of Security and Justice and the Ministry of Finance. The four Dutch have joined according to the government by terror groups in Syria or Iraq.
