The new political movement may continue to think their name, but changed its logo. The Frisian mental health organization with the same name is satisfied with that and will refrain from a lawsuit that the organization had filed against the group of MPs Tunahan Kuzu and Selçuk Öztürk.

The court in Rotterdam would hear the case tomorrow. Initially, the mental health institution demanded that the name would be changed. The mental health institution was appalled by the logo of the political movement, both in typography as a form closely resembled “their” Think. “The association caused by the political party, is harmful to our image,” said the organization at the time.

For faction Kuzu was unacceptable to change the name. “We wanted to reach out through our logo to adapt,” he says. According Kuzu be the mental health organization that at first, but she is quite happy with it.

Think Frisian is indeed satisfied with the new logo, the organization announced in a statement on its website. The new logo is “the less chance of confusion.” The organization calls it “regrettable” that a trial was necessary to make the changes:

“The agreements logo, name and typography of mental health organization Think and political movement meanwhile have much confusion caused by both existing clients and people who seek help for their mental health problems. “

The movement Think also modified the domain name, but that is according to a spokesman loose the announced lawsuit. The website of Kuzu and Öztürk, who left arguing with late last year by the Labour Party, is available now on bewegingdenk.nl and no longer nldenk.nl.
