Weather repatriation remains MH17 – Telegraaf.nl

LONDON –

Again Saturday remains of victims of the accident flight MH17 from Ukraine are flown back to the Netherlands. The three boxes arrive around 16:00 to Eindhoven Air Base. As with all previous arrivals human remains and personal items are then brought to the Van Oudheusden Barracks in Hilversum.

Dutch researchers have found the remains this week in the disaster area in the east of Ukraine. The team of defense and police staff is there as much as possible to prepare for the repatriation mission in April. During that mission, the last remains of victims, personal belongings and debris of the crashed plane to be salvaged.

The crash of the unit of Malaysia Airlines came in July last year, all 298 passengers were killed, among whom 196 Dutch. Third, all the victims identified
