The wagging finger of the pedantic west counterproductive find the VVD. For our own safety, it is better to support dictators, even though we do not agree with those regimes. VVD party leader Halbe Zijlstra harvest with that position a storm of criticism. But in practice we see that the rapid overthrow of ‘bad’ regimes leads to chaos: refugees and a breeding ground for fundamentalists such as IS. Support a dictator is better for our own security in Europe.
