Prosecution calls for 200 hours of community service for Goldies jeweler (54) – Focus on News

Deurne

The Public Prosecutor (OM) on Friday against the 54-year-old Jeweller Goldies in Deurne six-month suspended prison sentence with probation for two years, plus 200 hours of community service for illegal possession of weapons. This has the OM Friday.

The jeweler from Deurne needed today to justify the court for possession of a firearm. This he had purchased after an earlier raid on his case. During the raid on jeweler Goldies used the wife of the jeweler’s gun and shot two of the robbers dead. The Public Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute the woman because she acted in self-defense.

Earlier this week there was a third person suspected of involvement in the attack to justice. Against him was 3.5 years in jail for his part in the robbery.
