Amsterdam software maker bought for nearly 20 million – NU.nl

reported the New York Times Friday. The US Sykes, which manages call centers for companies, takes over all shares.

Sykes will pay 8.9 million euros and a further increase of up to 9.6 million euros in the next three years.

Qelp makes software used by call center agents and consumers to resolve issues smartphone. Online consumers come into the modules Qelp go if they are looking for solutions to interference.
