AMSTERDAM –

Facebook should provide the user information within two weeks of the person who put a sexy video to the website. Which ruled the court in Amsterdam on Thursday. If Facebook does not have the data, the company must give a third party access to its systems for independent research

.

21 -year-old Chantal from Brabant Werkendam had Facebook to court in an attempt to figure out who a sexy video of her late January had placed on the website. In the one-minute sex video shows how the woman her ex-boyfriend orally satisfies. Since the placement on Facebook’s her life “turned into a hell,” said her attorney Thomas Van Vugt earlier.

Facebook said nothing more to do because the data is already in February for good the servers are deleted. Chantal and her counsel doubt it and asked the judge to compel Facebook a third party conduct research. Van Vugt believes that there is data to retrieve. “All friends and accepting friend requests, with dates and times: all stores on Facebook.”

The judge agrees. “From Facebook can at least be expected to make every effort to verify that the data is not traceable anywhere.” During the trial, no one was present from Facebook. However, the lawyer of the US company said then that Facebook does not want prying eyes.

The film was made by the ex-boyfriend of the Work Damme, but he says he has put it online.
