Three years in prison for neparts from Huissen – nrc.nl

The 53-year-old Fred B. from Huissen near Arnhem was sentenced to three years in prison, one year of probation because he has spent as a doctor. Reported Rechtspraak.nl

The court in Arnhem considers proven that the neparts without papers suggested diagnoses, people treated, sold drugs and sometimes even let people operate in China.



Unnecessary surgery

For instance, a woman an unnecessary chest surgery in China because they would have breast cancer. B. told the woman that anticancer mats were placed and then sold her a ‘chemotherapy’ of 90,000 euros because they now also thyroid cancer would have. The woman did not have cancer.



Prohibition to work in health care

The court forbids B. also to be active in the healthcare sector. The probation with suspended sentence is five years, as the court is concerned that B. else goes quickly into the error.

The neparts made the massage parlor of his wife a “medical center.” He called it a medical center and was wearing a white coat with medical symbol (caduceus).

In his practice were all kinds of drugs he had imported without a permit from Belgium. These medications he also wrote and sold them to people who were under treatment at him.

The banned weight-loss supplement Relacore, he knew it was dangerous, belonged among others to be drug stock. The man also removed vetbulten and cysts without being trained for it.
