Minister Ard van der Steur and Mayor Aboutaleb threat of summary proceedings to tour action by protesting policemen to avoid. This write it in a letter in which they call the agents of their planned actions during the Tour de France, to abandon.
The police unions have been trying for months to create together with the Minister of Security and Justice agreement on better working conditions. However, given the intransigence of politics, that is still not succeeded to date. Hence, police personnel started fifteen months ago by taking actions. Initially these were actions which the public had little trouble, had already announced that the actions slowly but surely were going to get fiercer.
The actions planned around the Tour de France would certainly chaos and disruption led, so the minister has now decided to place a call to refrain from these actions. If the unions do not respond to it, is a step to court to try to ban the actions through a lawsuit
