A Dutch report of a meeting in Kiev where diplomats were informed last July incident in the skies over eastern Ukraine remains secret. Opposition parties CDA and D66 were asked to make public the content

But according to the government it is not customary to release confidential diplomatic traffic. If that were to happen, it would make virtually impossible the work of diplomats.
